Update: It turns out I was wrong, they must issue return mailing labels. I was sent one for the first duplicate, while the second one, the BOGO cancellation which reinstated, has yet to be mentioned. Good luck, everybody.

Mine has said "open" from the beginning. Still haven't received anything after 17 days. They must have a hard time getting stock.

I am starting to think DD ships their items by horse and buggy when it's free, but you can't beat the prices during their sales most times. It's a give and take situation. They give us good prices on items, and then take their sweet time getting the items to us...LOL!

Same here. All my orders still show "open", but I've got you beat by about 10 days. My oldest order is 8/23, and even that one (I think the day the BOGO started) still shows "open". I hope I receive them someday and they don't cancel everything like Dell or Best Buy does when they can't get stuff in within 30 days or so. I'm actually in no hurry, but I don't like the not knowing if I'll ever get them (especially if I see another deal on any of them somewhere else... if I bought them somewhere else then mine would ship from DD the next day).

I don't think they cancel after 30 days. I ordered the Wizard of OZ Emerald Edition from them for $12.99 several months back and it was on backorder for like 6 weeks before it shipped.

if it's not right, they would have canceled, i'm happy either way. that's as easy as that. But since they put it through, i'm sorry (that you didn't do it and missed the fun. Save your preach about what's right and wrong somewhere else)

Same here. Funny thing is, I placed an order for two Weeds seasons on 9/16 (not part of the BOGO) and received a shipping email a day or two later, but my order still shows as Open online. So I wouldn't trust anything you see in the online order status. It doesn't get updated right away...
