Sony / Columbia Blu-Rays for $9.99 at Shop-Rite
I just got back from my local Shop-Rite (supermarket chain). I was surprised to see a stand of Blu-Rays there. The following titles were all $9.99:
30 Days of Night
SWAT
We Own the Night
Ghost Rider
Bram Stoker's Dracula
Dragon Wars
. . . and some others, including maybe one of the Final Fantasy animated films.
They also had Dark Crystal and Labyrinth, if I remember correctly, but these were $14.99.

It seems like it's mostly (only?) Sony titles that are showing up in grocery stores like Shop-Rite and Safeway. I wonder why other studios like Warner Bros haven't been added to their regular sections? It seems like the only non-Sony BR titles that I've ever run across have been a few overpriced brand new releases in separate display stands.
