Online selection. Use coupon code BTJ7933K. Limit of 2 items.
Now I know Borders prices are notoriously high, but this is also good on Criterions (none online). For those of you that can't wait for the B&N sale, here's your half-off Criterions.

There was no coupon in the email. I'm guessing it's automatic when they scan your rewards card.

Re: Borders 50% off (list price) any Blu-ray in store (select online)
Thanks for the heads up, OP.
But I ran down a few titles in my wishlist and even with the coupon, I could only find 3 items which are lower than I've found before:
Chuck: The Complete 2nd Season ($33.50)
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince ($12.50)
Kevin Smith Box Set ($41.50)
These aren't quite low enough for my own tastes (especially with CA's high sales tax). But I thought that I point out these prices if anyone else is interested.

I walked over to the Borders across from my office; forgotten how slim their stock is since the inventory purge from last year.
Nothing really caught my eye.
A few OK deals for folks trying to find something in-store:

"Selected" discs online-- none of mine were available for the 50% discount. Boo. And I think my local library has a better selection than the local Borders. Pathetic.

I just came back from there and the one they have is Life (w/ Oprah) and Planet Earth (w/ Attenborough). It's deceiving because the front of the box says "Narrated by David Attenborough" and theres the price sticker over "& Oprah Winfrey." They had Planet Earth for $50 AC and Life for $35 AC. Not worth it to me. Didnt really see anything worthwhile, also the selection was really lacking.
Hot Tub Time Machine - $20 AC
Dr. Horrible - $10 AC

It seems like they are marking up the items just to have them in their 50% off sale. The few I was interested in only came to about 20 bucks after discount.. no thanks.

Me too. Also got Chungking Express. They had a few other Criterions as well, but I already had them. I may go check out another local Borders tomorrow. Was glad to find Man Who Fell to Earth since it's out of print now.

I had a gift card to burn before they go under or stop selling movies, so went ahead and picked up the Ray Harryhausen BD boxset for $50 ($15 out of pocket). Fits nicely with the current Challenge too!
