I have a $5 off any purchase and $10 off $25 purchase (both from surveys and personalized codes) and any time I try to use them, they automatically revert the titles back to standard price and remove the WB Insider discount (25%) before applying the coupon. I haven't figured out how these are of any use yet.

I FINALLY got my Robin Hood season 1 on blu-ray. Took them since July 13th to fulfill it, but it was worth it for $8.95!
