-sighs- I went out for a bit earlier, not sure of which to purchase...and now the deal is dead. Oh well, guess it wasnt meant to be.

Read the posting this morning and placed an order for Mystic River for $9.95 shipped...but then I saw in a later posting (maybe two minutes later) that other titles were also discounted.
I saw that both Caddyshack and Nightmare on Elm Street were $11.95 each, but I didn't want to pay an additional $5 for shipping.
Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Damn, I can't believe they killed this deal so quickly! I saw this thread earlier, but didn't remember if I already owned a few titles so waited til I got home. Usually wbshop deals last a few days before getting axed...

I don't think it was a "deal" so much as a mistake. I have the feeling it was supposed to be $5 off the order but it was taken off each item. However, I could be mistaken.

I think you needed to use a coupon to get $5 off the order. I didn't apply any coupon. I just went to the site, and search BD's from lowest to high price and saw a bunch at 4.95... It could have been a mistake, but I dunno how it could have happened to sooo many titles...

I still haven't recieved a shipping notice yet. I heard others got theirs on the same day that they ordered. Should I be worried that they may not honor the deal?

All 8 of the titles I ordered arrived today: Mystic River, Space Cowboys, Letters From Iwo Jima, Pale Rider, Natural Born Killers, Observe & Report, Bullitt and A History of Violence for under $50. One of the better deals of the year for me.
