My WalMart here in Plano, TX got one of the new Blu Ray displays. It's a huge island right in the middle of the DVD racks. There is also another Blu Ray end rack with $10 off titles.

I took pics on my iPhone. Might try to get them on here at some point. Here are the prices. Some are incredible. This must be the beginning of the new Blu Ray initiative.

Funny, the ones by me look like blu-ray is being discontinued. I wonder what the criteria is. Actually, the regular DVD selection stinks too.

Yeah, the one where I went to today was going downhill in the Blu Ray department.

I'm sure most Walmarts are ignoring their Blu sections until they get this new upgrade.

Doesn't Walmart do this every few months? Saying they're going to start pushing the Blu's then as time goes by the selection shrinks down to what it was before.

You can add Forest Gump Blu to your $15 list. It is the 2 disc without slipcover.
I wonder if it still has the rebate slip inside?
The store in my area just completed the new DVD/Blu Dept. They put in new racks.
The Blu-Ray rack is a rectangle rack with $10, $15, $20 titles on it.

There are two Wal-marts in the town where I live. One has a brand new display design for blu-rays with all of the titles you mentioned, and the other one has changed nothing and has very few titles. Weird that the two stores in the same town wouldn't have similar structures.

My store still selling Sex Drive for $29.99 even though its in the $15 section.

My Walmart (Southwest PA) used to have the very paltry blu ray section separated from the DVDs. Now they're just interspersed within them haphazardly. They got rid of the 2 packs. The only thing I saw that looked like a really good buy was Lord of War for $8.

Thanks for pointing that out. It has been fixed. Somehow when I did my last update to Invelos it wiped em out online but they are now back.
