FYI: According to a notice on the site, it appears that the Cashback program will end July 30th.

Re: DeepDiscount 25% off - List your Blu-ray deal finds here.

1 BLG087027 BLR : DJANGO $ 15.28 Backorder
1 WBD012430 BLR : THE ENFORCER/SUDDEN IMPACT $ 15.24 In-stock
1 WBD045439 BLR : TERMINATOR SALVATION $ 6.25 New-Price
1 WBD049460 BLR : KELLY'S HEROES/WHERE EAGLES $ 15.24 Backorder

I got the prices I wanted for the Clint Eastwood double features, and I couldn't pass up Terminator Salvation at that price. I like Django, and have read good things about this blu ray, so I thought, "Why not?"

Already have a Bing account, just curious how can one get a specific etailer, in this case DD, to come up in the search.

Ummmm... go to the store list (Cashback Stores on the left side) and filter on D. It's the 6th one on the list...

You don't need to get DD to come up in the search. Just go to Bing.com, click on the shopping link on the left. Then click on the "cashback stores" link. Find DD in the list, and click on "Go to store".

Edit: kenbenobi beat me to it.

Please note that DD is reporting to all price search engines the AFTER DISCOUNT price.. so don't, like me, get excited to find a price for an item believing the price will be 25% less, when in fact it is the post 25% reduction price......

Agree... Best price I have seen, but still beyond my purchasing threshold.

Just ordered:

"Megafault" BD $6.12 (backorder)
"Doctor Who The Complete Specials" BD $36.20 (backorder)
"Flash Gordon" BD $15.46 (preorder)
"Trick R Treat" BD $7.62 (backorder)

Should I be holding my breath on these backorders?

Don't quote me on this, but I saw where a guy said they ordered Trick 'R Treat from DD back in April, and it has been on backorder for him since then. He said he canceled and reordered to get the 25% off but doesn't expect it to go through.

If that is true, then yeah, it may be a long time before any of us ever see that one from DD.

It depends on how long you can do it.

More than likely you will get them, but it may take anywhere from a couple of weeks to upwards of a month. Patience for low prices is always mandatory at DD.

Tropic Thunder DC/We Were Soldiers Double Pack $17.14. Odd pairing but separate cases. We Were Soldiers was just $9.99 on Amazon, so I figured this was a good deal.

I remember waiting something like six weeks for Coraline after ordering it during the last sale.

I had the Watchmen DC on order for at least 2 months with either DD or DVDPlanet before I gave up on it and had them cancel the order so I could get my credit back to spend on something else.

I ordered this at $10.16 on May 3rd. It's been on B/O since then. Then I got this e-mail one month later on June 3rd, but I suspect it's an automated message.

Thank you for your recent order. Due to an overwhelming demand for the item(s)listed, we are temporarily out of stock. If you ordered with a credit card, you will not be charged until the item ships. We expect to receive this merchandise and ship your order within twenty-one days.
Since it's cheaper now, I'll just cancel and re-order but I woudn't keep my hopes up...

That doesn't shock me at all. I fully expect a long wait for the majority of the items currently on backorder.

Yeah, personnally, I don't mind waiting. As long as it gets here eventually.
Good thing I read this thread though, otherwise I woudn't have thought about cancelling and re-ordering.

Re: DeepDiscount 25% off - List your Blu-ray deal finds here.

FYI, a problem I've encountered in the past, is if you find a better price in the meantime of your being back-ordered, you send an email requesting a cancelation of your order and suprisingly your card gets charged and your back-ordered title ships. Not sure if this has happened with others but when I request a cancelation, I have to wait a long time to be sure it is canceled, THEN I have to order somewhere else if it's still in stock or on sale.
