Thought it would be worth putting a thread here for this for Blu-ray specific deals. First thing I noticed is you can get Rock n Roll High School for 16.19, pretty sure that's the lowest price yet by a couple bucks.

BTW, you can get free shipping if you ship it to a store.

I grabbed Clash of the Titans for $21. I took the movie cash and saw the new movie for free today. The movie cash expires 5-2-10.

Many of their prices are above MSRP, but there are several that have the MSRP wrong. There are some deals to be had, but you really need to look hard to find them...

So I went to the local Borders at lunch.

Doctor Who: The Complete Specials [5 Discs] [Blu-ray] was $59.99 in the store. $38.15 after discount. It is $64.99 online. $38.99 after discount and you'd have to wait for them to ship it to the store.

Remember you must have a Borders Rewards membership!

One deal I saw was Lost Complete Series on BD for $192.59, which is slighty better than Amazon's $194.99.

Unreal.. I see the Lost individual seasons for $81.99.. pre-coupon. After 40% off these are still almost msrp. lol.

Now, I remember why I stopped going to Borders.

Out of all my wish-list items on Amazon, not one would have been cheaper at Borders, even after the 40% off coupon.

I know it says:

"Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, sale pricing, coupon, or discount, including group discounts."

But it doesn't specifically say you can't use a gift card. Anyone know if this "stacks" with a gift card?

I still have one left over from when Borders.com cards could be used at Amazon.com.

I don't believe you would be combining offers or "stacking" with a GC....it's just another form of payment.

Thanks. I just haven't found Borders.com to be a very "friendly" website and didn't want to bother researching what was the best deal for my wishlist items (although The Man with no Name Trilogy BD looks promising) if I couldn't use a gift card too.

Anyone else not able to add anything to their cart?
Not an important feature anyways...buying things.
