Offhand, aside from calling the actial store is there a way to check in-store stock. I did not realize this was on any Disney Blu-ray so I might just have to do TRU and use one of my upgrade Blu coupons on another Disney title essentially getting $23 off that title($15 + $8) since it looks like TRU now is the way to go for sure and definitely if I get an extra $5 that you were able to get kenbenobi.

Seeing as the system did it automatically, I would suspect it would work for everyone. Maybe something got enabled in their system today, a weekend promotion or something...

PATF rang up $6.99 automatically before ANY coupons were scanned. It shows $6.99 on my receipt, and the two coupons are taken off down on the bottom.
This is what I got today too except I forgot to give the $10 coupon due to my arguing the $15 "today" situation.

should I go back and ask them to add the $10 coupon to this transaction?

kenbenobi - I just got the same deal. I couldn't believe it when the cashier told me my total. Once outside, I was unable to decipher the receipt, which contained a mishmash of prices.

I thought a mistake had been made, but it seems to be happening universally.

So, for $1.99, I got PATF 3-disc combo pack, plus $10 off my TS movies next week!

The TRU computers are screwing up and applying both possible pre-order discounts....
Their pre-order offer says "Reserve either TS or TS2 and get $5 off today on any Disney movie priced $14.99 and up, OR reserve BOTH and get $15 off today on any Disney movie priced $19.99 and up".....
Whoever finally coded the promo into their system mistakenly did it so that both the $5 and $15 off is applied if both TS movies are pre-ordered....

Where do we get the $5 off Princess & the Frog Coupon? I've searched all the threads and don't seem to find that one...

Double-dipping with the 2nd coupon is obviously YMMV, but everything else seems to be a sure thing... Hopefully TRU won't catch and fix the mistake until Monday, giving everyone all weekend to partake!

No, I don't think that's it, because I pre-ordered one set back when the Ponyo coupon was live and it only gave me $15 off. I ordered a second set today, and it gave me $28 off.

My receipt shows:

+$34.99 PATF Combo
+$10 TS Deposit
-$15 off select item
-$5 Disney Promo
-$8 off select item
-$10 Vendor Coupon
-$5 Vendor Coupon
TOTAL $1.99

Re: Toys R Us BD (and DVD) prices 3/21-3/27

I didn't want to drive down to our only TRU store here locally. So I called and ask about the Preordering TS1 & TS2 special going on now. She said I could order both and get the $15 off any disney title except "The Princess & The Frog" bd combo pack. I told her TRU stores on the mainland are doing it and she said not their store.

That's not $28 off. It's the same that the others have gotten. The $8 off is from the $34.99 price of P&F. It's $26.99 this week.

No problem using both coupons at the TRU for me. I didn't even want PATF but to get it and $10 toward the purchase of the Toys movies for under $3 is a deal I can't pass up.

I wasn't able to use multiple Manufacturer coupons at TRU. The system wouldn't scan 2 coupons for 1 item. I am referencing the $10 and $5 for Princess & the Frog.

Got Astro Boy BD, PatF BD combo, and $10 towards the Toy Story BDs next week for a total of $5. Crazy.

I just got back from TRU and the same thing happened to me. The cashier told me before he scanned my items that he didn't think using the $15 promo and the $10 P&F coupon would work together, so I was expecting the worst and got something even better than I thought!

Re: Toys R Us BD (and DVD) prices 3/21-3/27

Well indirectly perhaps I also got the $5 extra to come off besides the $15 that I was supposed to. Let me explain, and let me know what you guys think as well. I picked up Ratatouille and used my $8 upgrade coupon towards it. Now here is the tricky part and where perhaps if I thought quicker I might have gotten it for the best total but did not. The price tag on the Rat. stated $24.99 but the issue was that it rang up at $29.99 but I did not realize it until afterwards and when I went to customer service he would not adjust the price by $5. Here was his reasoning, he interperted the $5 promo as the adjustment to the price so essentially telling me that yes I did pay $24.99 for it. I'm thinking I'll try again on Tuesday when I pick up Toy Story 1& 2 and if I don't get it so be it. But just wondering your guys' thoughts and whether anyone knows if Ratatoullie should actually be $29.99 and they just happen to not have the correct price on it. thoughts? thx Otheriwse in the end the deal will be at $18, and $6 piece is not bad for these 3 films.

It probably would have worked if you bought any other item. I bought a soda, and both of mine scanned fine... I don't think the number of coupons used can exceed the number of items purchased...

You may be right. I used two coupons on PATF, but the computer may have counted my TS pre-order card as the second item.

If that's the case then it has to be the card and pre-orders because I bought nothing else.

I had the card for pre-orders as well.. and the system didn't recognize the second coupon.... so it is a YMMV condition.... While I would have liked another $5 off the whole deal, it is still really good as it is.... just hope that there isn't an issue when I go back to get the TS1&2 with those coupons..
