Was just at BJ's Wholesale Club and they had a large floor display with lots of Lionsgate blu-ray titles for $7.99 (item #688261)

The Phantom (this one might have been 9.99)
Near Dark

You can add "Near Dark" to the list as well....I grabbed that one myself on Tuesday from there....
I also saw "Dirty Dancing", "Red Heat", "Cutthroat Island", "Chaos", "Waiting", and "Reservoir Dogs" in the same display as well as the ones you already mentioned....

I would wager to guess that Ninth Gate and Angel Heart would also be in the display.

In mine it was a separate cardboard floor display--they may not have put it right next to the other DVDs/blus in your store.

Went back just to make sure I didn't miss it while I was there yesterday. I combed over the entire store and nothing... Ohh well. There is another BJs 15mins or so from my work. perhaps later on this week I'll take a drive out there.

I'm not sure how most BJ's are laid out, but mine has them by the beauty products/OTC drugs section (i.e. nowhere near the regular DVD/Blu-ray section).
