I'd be tempted to get this if I hadn't heard such terrible things about the packaging.

45.99 is to much with that horrendous packaging. easily the worst packaged media packaging ever made. very cheap flimsy cardboard box and easily broken hubs and a high rate of loose discs.
I have seen this a few time at amoeba records for 24.99 to 29.99
I picked it up for 24.99.
