Toy Story 2 Blu @ Amazon 16.40 ??

I was just visiting The Digital Bits and there was a side ad for Toy Story 2 on Bluray for 16.40. When I clicked on the ad it sent me to Amazon but the price there showed as 24.99 Maybe someone else will have better luck....

It actually says $16.46. Due to the background, it's hard to read that last character. They have the same banner for Jersey Shore S1, but that one is indeed $16.46 when you click on it. Not sure why the Toy Story 2 one isn't working. That would be a decent price...
