I'm guessing that they had to resort to this because their QC in shipping was just THAT bad. I've got two orders showing as cancelled, but I haven't seen a refund pending yet. I'll check again around lunch time tomorrow and hopefully the ones I actually paid for will show back up.

What I do not like is they cancel the whole order. Another thing that also bugs me its ran by computers not people. Ok not all but you understand what I am saying. It took me calling the main office to get any answer be on a computer. In both case I was told there is no one to talk to. It was the main office that fix the one problem with the so call it was a wrong price error.

Me too. I noticed they have new features on their website during the checkout process. Either they're working on restoring access to the accounts, or they accidentally wiped them out implementing the new system.

Yep, me as as well. I would not even mind the titles I just tried to order at $7.55 each after tax if it ALLOWED me to but no dice. Can get all the way to finalize order screen but it craps out with a computer error message. Perhaps in the morning but by then the titles will probably be sold out before I can order them.

I'm in the same boat where my account has been completely wiped out. I was able to create a new account, but got the same error Schloob1 got. I'm waiting to see if the pending charges drop off my card by tomorrow. I don't think I'll be placing any more orders until this whole thing gets straightened out, especially since the coupon code appears dead.
I'm not too bummed since I got Be Kind Rewind and The Patriot for screaming deals, though.

I just think everyone needs to calm down a little.
Clearly we've swamped them with far more orders than they anticipated, so they've probably frozen the site until they can catch up on weekend orders, which is completely understandable.
They're liquidating, so they probably aren't fully staffed.
I expect we'll receive answers to questions within 24 hours, but in the meantime, it's like 9 a.m. there on a Monday, so to expect us to hear anything immediately or see any site updates is a little much IMO.
I have faith this is all going to sort itself out.

The coupon works, but I get the following message when I go to place my order:

They are also shipping out orders. So far out of my 5 orders on the 25th I received emails saying they are ship.
I look at it this way. I have order so many if I get 25% of the ones I order I will be a very happy camper.

Yes their Cert is dead (24th Feb) this kind of error has to do with letting you know that its not a https site. It will still work.
Someone said give them time. Reminds of a old commercial for a online site. They where a startup, they were having a party, the orders started to come in (YA!), and in, and in, and in, their faces where no longer happy.
Someone also said do to canceling of a disk the whole order was cancel. I have seen this 1st hand myself. I just order them one at a time after it happen once. Just to be on the safe side. I have many one disk packs coming.

Coupon is fixed now, its 25% off again, still errors, hope they fix it.
On a funny side note, got my last order today in 2 packages, one from Hollywood Video, (return services), and one from a Named Person (not hollywood, but a regular person), very odd. B

I just received my order today and all but one movie was included. It did state on the receipt that the item will be refunded, but have yet to see anything on my statement.

I got the rest of one of my orders from the 17th today. the package came from Tennessee and it was sent on the 25th so I guess they are shipping from all over at different times. I'm still missing a lot from another order so hopefully that shows up too. I can't log in the site either.
Also whats up with Fox and their Blu Rays? I got Hoosiers and its got no extras, the dvd version has more extras. And the same with Usual Suspects. No extras. I'm glad I didn't pay regular price for these.
