That is a really good deal! I'd cancel my Amazon pre-order for that.

Has anyone seen a scan of this ad yet to confirm the Ong Bak deal?

I started a new Ong Bak price thread about this too. I also would love to see a scan of that 10 dollar deal at BB. I just cancelled my Amazon pre-order just in case.

Can someone confirm for me...will Zombieland have merely a disc of DVD extras, or will it have a DVD version as well as extras? Thanks!

I heard Zombieland had some awesome reviews but I'll wait for the price to come down since there is no rush here.

I just posted the rest of the ad in the dvd section, no scan yet though.

The is what the guy at CAG forums had listed:

Sounds like both dvd and Blu-ray get the bonus content but not sure whether they both have separate discs.

Looking at the Bestbuy.com website the DVD version shows a sticker or possibly the actual slipsleeve stating Best Buy bonus but there is nothing shown for the Blu-ray. BestBuy.ca shows nothing but states in the description for the Blu-ray only:

"2 Featurettes and Behind The Scenes Footage"

Any Sony TV sales? 40" or 46"? It is the week before the superbowl, just wondering how low they will be.

The current TV models will probably get cheaper as soon as the new ones with 3-D technology come out in a few months. Personally, I'm waiting til Black Friday this year.

It should be, as I am pretty sure it is the only way it is still being sold on BD (same with Night At The Museum 2)....unlike Warner, Fox doesn't make their combo packs a "first-run/limited availability" item only....

Re: Best Buy Weekly Ad: January 31 - February 6, 2010

I was at Best Buy today, and they had several new $12.99/14.99 titles not listed in the ad. From what I can remember:

Bonnie and Clyde (Digibook) - $14.99
Glory - $14.99
Gandhi - $14.99
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - $14.99
Fight Club - $14.99
Wall Street - $12.99

There were a couple more that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Re: Best Buy Weekly Ad: January 31 - February 6, 2010

Looking at the BB ad the zombieland bonus dvd says limited quantities & at the bottom of the page it says "each store will have a minimum of 5 dvd & 3 blu ray versions per store". That's very damn limited. I know it is a "minimum" but do they usually have a lot more than the minimum quantities with a bonus disc? We've only had a Best Buy here since the week before Black Friday & I think this is the first limited bonus disc offer I've encountered. If they only have 3 special blu rays you'd have to be at the store just about at the opening in order to get one.

In my experience, it depends on the title and the store - I live in a very populated area and one store usually gets 30-40 of the "exclusives" while another one (not 15 minutes away) gets 0 almost every time (even when the ad claims they get X amount). I'd suggest getting there early to be sure.

Re: Best Buy Weekly Ad: January 31 - February 6, 2010

I was just in my nearest BB today (which, oddly enough, I don't usually shop at) and not a single title was listed at the prices shown here.

Are these prices a regional thing? I live in the Phoenix area.

BTW, has anyone seen Last Action Hero in a BB, or any retail location? I've only seen it listed on Amazon.

Funny how Best Buy also offers the "Save $10" on the Godfather movies when you buy both, but they charge you $6 more than the same deal at Target.
