Passed on it the first time, kind of regretted it this morning and went to buy it, only to see it was back up in price. Went out and ran some errands, and missed the second price drop. Not that shaken up about it. I own the DVD, and other than picture and audio (obviously), it appears there is no upgrade in features. I think I'm okay upscaling it for now.

Yep, seeing Burn After Reading (which I still haven't opened or watched) on BD for $6.49 after paying $3.49 (on BF) at Amazon for the SD bummed me out. Who wouldn't take the BD for only $3 more, but the better choice always seems to come along after the fact when it's too late. I did get online at the right time, but without Amazon Prime there was no way I could find anything else I wanted (in a reasonable amount of time) to get $25 for free shipping, so I said forget it. Guess I too will live with the SD. It's nice to hear that the extras are the same between the SD and BD versions.

I have Prime also, and my Delivery Estimate is February 1, 2010 - February 3, 2010.
No hurry on my end though.
Happy to wait a few days a deal this good!

I have the same delivery estimate date, too.
No rush for me, just curious about the uncharacteristic Amazon holdup. Didn't occur to me that it could be out of stock
For $6.49 - and a spontaneous purchase - I can wait.
