500 Days of Summer & All About Steve

I pre-ordered both (bestbuy.com) and when I went to pick them up they had a save $5 instantly when you buy BOTH on each. They were NOT pealable like regular store coupons so nothing to scan. The buy in the store said he couldn't do anything. Just waited over 20 minutes on the phone and the best they could do was give me a case # and sent it to promotions dept. Anyone else out there purchase these @ BB.com?
