Excellent. I just got a save $8 on 2 Disney Blu-rays coupon in the mail today for being a rewards member. Just noticed it also included a $5 rewards certificate also. even better.

ugh my TRU supposedly ran out of the ad... grr
Im gonna print it out and try real hard to get this deal...I want Wall-e and a Bug's Life..
First I have to actually find a target with the dvds in stock... then get them to pricematch...and STILL take the coupon.. I'm hoping I can do it! I believe I will have success!

When I bought my copy of A Bug's Life at TRU it also came with a 5.00 gift card. YMMV because I don't remember seeing that listed in the ad?

Man...my local TRU sucked. I got there just as the doors opened. They didn't have any copies of A Bug's Life and only 1 each of Wall-E and Ratatouille. Oh well, those were the ones I really wanted.

The reason they're giving the gift card is because they're also giving a $5 gift card with a $25 DVD/Bluray purchase.
The computer is giving the gift card based on the regular $30 price.
Normally that's something that would be caught and possibly corrected.
In this case, though, it would most likely require a reset of all of the computer systems to load/correct the programming, so it would need to be done overnight, and the sale is over tomorrow any way.
You could buy two of the blurays in seperate transactions, then pick up the third for an additional $5 (using the two $5 cards you would get).

You'd get a third gift card also, so you'd get all three plus a $5 gift card for $35+tax.
Not too bad.
Works out to $10 each + $5 for the gift card, and you wouldn't need to worry about whether or not Target's going to let you price match.

I was going to price match @ Target, but my son remembered that he had a $3 birthday coupon from TRU AND a TRU gift card left from his birthday, so we walked out with Bug's Life and Ratatouille for $4 and got the $5 GC.

BTW, off topic but I also got a great deal on the Tony Hawk Wii Board and Wii Fit Plus. Toys-R-Us is having a buy any video game and get 50% off another. I ask the guy if that applied to the aforementioned items and he says YES so I scored the the Wii Fit Plus for 49.99. It was in the system so nothing shady going on.

TRU was already sold out of the three titles by time I walked in the door, so I grabbed the ad and headed across the street for Target.
They had Ratatouille and Wall-E. Got them price-matched and used the coupon, walked out only paying $24.98 for the both.
Drove down the street to Best Buy who had A Bug's Life, price-matched the ad, but wouldn't let me use the Target coupon.
In the end, can't beat three Pixar BDs for $40.
