Saving $10 on Gladiator, Braveheart, Etc.
 

OK so the question is i bought both gladiator and braveheart for $10 each off amazon, but no where on the mail in form does it give the option for a dotcom store, its asking for
1.proof of purchase tab or upc off the original dvd
2. proof of purchase from the blu
3.cash register receiptimprinted with store name and dated betwenn 9/1/09 and 6/31/10 with proof of purchase price circled
4.and the completed form

so do you hink i can still get the $10 and do you know if its just the coppola version or is the other box set to godfather eligible?

I've successfully gotten rebate checks from The Godfather collection and Zodiac blu-rays after buying both from Amazon. I am waiting on getting checks from Columbiahouse purchases of Braveheart and Forrest Gump blu-rays, but only just mailed those forms in within the last couple weeks.

yea but did you just use a printout of your order form or something else?

I got the Godfather one and I think there was another one. I print out invoices from Amazon. Look up your order under the Account section, and there's a button to print an invoice. That worked fine.

For the Godfather rebate, I used the original single-disc release of Godfather 1.
