i had bought the dvd special edition when it came out and couldnt even watch it all the way through once. its a great movie, but i feel like this is a movie thats a one-time view (for me, atleast). Sadly, i feel the same way about watchmen too..

ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH I paid $17.99 for this about a week ago along with a pre-order, I chose free shipping so it was only going to ship Dec 9th. Well I got the free Amazon Prime upgrade and I upgraded it to 2 day shipping for free and it shipped today!

Ouch. That's always the downside to these mass sales. I'll remember next year to not buy anything within a month or two of the sales so I can avoid being utterly pissed when something I buy goes down in price substantially the next day. ORRRRRR these companies could give a price guarantee. That'd be better.

I almost ordered the one off of Amazon too until I went to BB and saw the one with the comic book. I would get that one if you have a store near you that has it.

There was also a flier in the set advertising Lord of the Rings on BLU coming out 11-3-09. Guess they missed that window.

Glad I placed one last order of all BD. Picked up Full Metal Jacket, Dr Strangelove, 300 TCE, and Batman Begins LE. Dr Strangelove and 300 have both risen in price since.
