Wow, they responded within like three minutes and agreed to reduce the price on my previous order. They did give a song-and-dance about not doing this type of thing on a regular basis. I don't get this; if the order hasn't shipped and the price of the item has been reduced, why wouldn't they be okay with reducing the price on my order? If it's already shipped then I agree that the order is final, but until then, they should give some leniency.
