When I added it to my cart is said Heroes Season 2 Blu.. and my Order History shows it as that as well.. the only thing that doesn't was my email confirmation.. I already contacted them about the price diff and got a cookie cutter email back about checking my order history via their web-site... arg.

Well, so much for that. I called and the CS rep said they don't even carry Heroes Season 2 on Blu-Ray, so there's nothing they can do about it but have me send back the Alec Baldwin thing.

Oh well, it was still worth a shot, and won't cost me anything in the long run.

(Groan) the shopping cart as well as the after order confirmation page both listed this as Heroes, but I just checked the confirm e-mail and yup, it's SNL. a pain in the ass, but the package will just end up going back unopened.
It would be nice if so many people ordered this that it becomes back ordered and there was time to cancel it, but I doubt that'll happen. oh well.

No it's not. But it is short, be mindful. The extras are great, they explain a lot of what happened to Season 2. It's not Season 1 good, but it's still worth watching if you're a fan imo.

Is that right that DD is lame enough to send out the wrong item rather than simply cancel the orders before they ship or fulfill them with the right thing? That got me to check mine and another thread, and apparently many people have had their orders cancelled just as mine was (I haven't received an email yet). So on the positive side at least I won't have to return anything, but this is another strike against DD in my opinion. I go there less and less often and last 25% off sale I only bought 1 item. This sale only The Prisoner Blu-Ray. Contrast that to Amazon where I've bought at least a dozen in the last few days. I wonder how long for this world DD is if they keep this up.

No sending back for me... They canceled the incorrect Blu and divided the 5off accross the other 2 items.. So I got a 1.66 off each of the other 2 items.. no Heroes S2 Blu for 8.99 yet still pretty good deal..

I cancelled "Heroes" this morning, which was one of 2 items in my order. The remaining item got a discount of $3.64 out of the $5.00 coupon, for whatever inexplicable reason. Better than $2.50, but I don't know how they calculate that.

They may have cancelled all of the ones that werent in shipping because they cancelled mine and I was late emailing them and I havent received a response. Im happy it was cancelled.
