Probably regret this as I am sure there will be an IMAX version or some other special or coupon or something, but Star Trek (2009 Movie) is $20.99 with this sale... In store Pickup = $0 ship... + tax... Maybe I can cancel pre-order if it becomes cheaper with other means..

They also have many titles for $9.09... Click on Movies, Click on Blu-Ray, Sort by "Priced Low to High" and browse... Jewel of the Nile, Romancing the Stone, Batman 1966, to name a few..

Same here. BB's prices are ridiculously high. $50 bucks for Band of Brothers and that is with the 30% discount? That's crazy. James Bond blu rays sets were priced at 100 bucks b4 discount. lol

I did get Shawshank Redemption for $17.XX though.

Yeah, item isn't necessary - if you paid with a credit card or used your reward-zone card, that information is enough for them to pull the info up in-store.

I think this sale's getting undersold here. I'm fine with spending around $20 for a new-ish Blu, and these are some pretty good prices; I did a cross-check of eight titles, comparing to Amazon and Deep Discount minus 25% (presuming that sale comes back in November), and all but one were at least a buck or two cheaper at bestbuy.com.

Yeah, looks like picking up all three seasons of Star Trek TOS is about $172. That's about $40 less than Amazon and $45 less than Deep Discount. Not too bad.

I got Primal Fear, Romancing the Stone, Jewel of the Nile, and Spaceballs ($5 MFR coupon printout) plus Ice Age 2 ($5 MFR coupon printout). Pretty solid prices. I would have bought Major League for $12.59 if they had it in store. I'll just order from Amazon, and hopefully they'll match.

I personally don't consider paying 1 or 2 bucks less than other retailers a 'deal' when I'm on the fence about buying certain titles anyway. The titles I looked at were a buck or two less than amazon and the likes, but that doesn't make me want to rush and buy them. When tax is added they are the same price as amazon.

I'll wait for Black Friday if I get anything. I've purchased about 10 titles since summer and I have yet to open any because DVR is talking up all of my time.

I haven't paid $20 or more for any of my Blu-ray discs.

I didn't see any signs either. They had tags up for some titles that were already on sale, but nothing about 30% off most BDs.

I picked up The Office: Season 5 ($34.99) and 300 digibook w/exclusive comic ($24.49). Decent enough deal for me.

My local store had an 8.5 x 11" sign printed up and placed on top of the BD racks - "30% off all Blu-Ray Discs" - one could even make a case that it would apply to new releases/sale items since there was no disclaimer.

At my local Best Buy yesterday, 3 employees were circulating and letting everyone in the blu-ray area know that they were all 30% off. They have increased their Blu-ray disc floorspace by 50% in the past month.

Hard to see, but the store I went to actually had it marked on the edge of the shelf, NOT on one of those cards which stick out from the shelf (if that makes any sense).

Depending on if I win the auction on eBay or not, I might be picking up Home Alone 2 at some point as well.

Curious as to how much you paid for Trick 'r Treat? I know it shows 24.49 on their site.

Reason why I ask is that WBshop has it for 19.95 plus theres a cpn that knocks it down to 15.96. Add another title to get free shipping.
