Wow. Seriously good deal. I own this on HD DVD already (and paid $9 for it I believe). I wasn't willing to do the Red2Blu deal on it. Yet for people who haven't gotten it already this is an excellent deal for such a classic Kubrick movie.

Fry's online has marked down some of their HD DVD titles (couple Weinstein to $1.99 and some Universal to $3.99) if there is anyone that still has some they want and their store still carries them for in-store pickup.

The majority of them can be found cheaper shipped online but there might be a couple that can't. Not up to date on what is and isn't but some possibilities are..

Apollo 13 $3.99
Chronicles of Riddick, The: Pitch Black $3.99

Feast $1.99 (Oops.. ignore. Not available for in-store pickup)

BestBuy has a bunch of BD titles on sale for $9.99 (online and B&M):

Rambo: First Blood

They also have more at $12.99 (Boondock Saints, Terminator, Crash, I Robot), and then a whole bunch at $14.99.

And from a quick sampling, looks like Amazon is matching also.

The 10th Anniversary of The Matrix is on sale at Amazon for $13.99. Seems like a pretty decent bargain to me.

That's the best price I've seen... I have the Ultimate Matrix BD set though. Dunno if it has enough extra to get me to upgrade...

The DigiBook release is the same disc that's inside the Ultimate Matrix BD set...the only 'new' thing is the book case itself (or are the pages included in the BD set as well?).

Thanks for clarifying that. I wasn't sure. I haven't opened it yet (just received it from red2blu). I guess I'm not too upset they removed the 10th Anniversary Matrix from the program then...

May I ask where this was? I stopped in FYE tonight and they had the 2001 BR priced at $26.99 with a "$5 off" sticker on it. Still a long way from $9.99.
