If anyone is interested, the online store http://www.dvdscore.com (the site is in french only) is selling the dts demo disc n°5 (also the 4).
They ship in Europe (don't know about USA).
I ordered from them, it took about 1-2 week to get it here in Belgium. They seem reliable.
