Do you prefer that show or the Xfiles. I personnally stopped watching it last night after 30 minutes as I was getting very bored very fast... so for me, it's Xfiles all the way.

XFiles 1 - Lone Gunmen 0

I actually prefer the Lone Gunman. I basically lost total interest in X-files this season. I can't stand that Mulder replacement.

It looks like they added that dorky college coach to the cast of Lone Gunmen? He was in the preview for next weeks episode. Sounds like a bad idea to me...

are you kidding me?

I think I saw him during the casting, and then I am a like who was that?

I like the Lone Gunman, but they definately need to do more less obvious geeky stuff. If Langley hacks into the gov. one more time, I am gonna

With Chris Carter's track record on Harsh Realm this show may end up on FX unless some changes are made soon.

I believe Chris Carter has said his decision on continuing X-files into next season will depend upon how Fox treats The Lone Gunmen.

Glad to see him standing up to FOX like that.

Personally I'm getting kind of sick of it already. I think it's going to fall into the trap of the chick shows up to give them a new "assignment", they bumble around but get it done, and they are still flat broke all the time. Although I guess that's what James Bond is there for now (a sugar daddy). Not to mention why does what is essentially a comedy need a comic relief (again JB)... I'll give it a couple of more tries, but I don't expect much out of it.

To really answer the question though, I'm enjoying X-Files again now. They need to wrap up this Mulder thing (preferably by putting a bullet in him) and move on though. I think Dogget is great change, although there are more conspiracies on the horizon and it seems it may fall back into the old formulas

both the X-Files and Lone Gunmen deserve to be cancelled.
