TWEC hasn't shipped ANYTHING that I ordered over a week ago:

I've actually had great experiences with TWEC.com. For every DVD I've ordered (except one), they've FedExed it or Priority mailed it within a day or two. For the one they took their time on, I sent them an e-mail about it, they got back to me the next day saying they'd look into it, then the next day they sent me another e-mail saying they'd just shipped it, and I got it Priority Mail two days later.

RainMan... congrats on 100 posts! Try e-mailing Twec.com's customer service... they were taking their time on sending me "Rushmore:CC" and I e-mailed them... they got back to me the next day saying the got the e-mail, and the day after that they shipped it.

I ordered The Rock: CC and Ben Hur at the same time and I've already received Ben Hur. The Rock is still listed as backordered. I placed the order just last week so perhaps I missed the first batch of The Rock: CC?? Would it do me any good to email the customer service??? I don't want to add to their email queue if it's not neccessary.

I've been waiting for Rear Window from TWEC for a week or so. I emailed their support and got no reply. I don't even think I can check status on the site (or at least I can't find where to do it).

Still waiting for my copy. They said it was sent out on Monday, but when I go to track my order, their site says that "your order number does not exist". WTF????

I've had a good twec.com experience, I recieved Wonder Boys Monday (the day before it came out) and Almost Famous today (the day after it came out). This is the fastest I've ever gotten pre-orders. I am impressed.

I know it's not The Rock, but has anyone who pre-ordered the two Best of Hitchcock collections received them? Mine are still on backorder and I'd hate for them to cancel the order after 30 days. Do you think I should try to cancel the order and reorder somewhere else? I did use a coupon for this order, but having the DVDs in my hand in a few days might be worth more than the savings from TWEC.

I gave up on these guys. I found them in stock at CD Now and ordered them. With their new 15% off coupon, I was still able to get them for a very good price. TWEC has yet to respond to my e-mails and I can't find a phone number on their website. That's not very good customer service in my book.
