Shipment Lost Question

Hi,
I ordered some DVDs from bigstar.com about 2 weeks ago. They shipped the packages and their tracking # shows that it has arrived here, but I haven't gotten it yet! It's been over a week since it arrived here in Nashville and I still haven't gotten it.
Is it possible that it was returned to the sender for any reason? Will they resend me the DVDs? If they won't do anything, then I guess the only thing I can do is dipute the CC charge.

Well I have been contacting BigStar. But they just keep saying the same thing over and over again..."it's been shipped to Nashville"...Well, I don't have it!
Anyone else have any experience with something like this? Should I be able to successfully dispute the charge?

never ordered from them but most etailers say wait a month.. If it doesnt show up in the next few weeks i'd phone them, explain the situation and if all else fails tell them you will contact your credit card company and dispute the charge..
