I am trying to find a place that I can get a movie that has been released to DVD in Spain, but a search of the web didn't get me anywhere promising. I don't speak Spanish, so does anybody know anywhere outside of Spain, or a Spanish e-tailer that has an English site? Doubtful, I know, but who knows. Or, taking it a step further, will dealers in the UK order items from Spain for customers? Thanks in advance for any leads.

Yup! DVDGo is the place for Spanish DVDs. I have ordered there several times and they are very fast and have a great customer care.

...erm... the DVD of the movie Asfalto does indeed have a dts soundtrack - as well as a DD 5.1 soundtrack - also en español - and subtitles - again en español - nada English sound or subs...

...just thought you'd like to (ought to, really!) know...

The two other titles (The Nameless and The Art Of Dying) do feature English soundtracks and/or subtitles.

...from a French review of Los sin nombre:

"On peut dorénavant considérer L'exorciste tel un film pour enfant en bas âge comparé à La secte sans nom." - which, translated as well as I can (ahem!) means, approximately: "...in future we can consider The Exorcist a movie for small kids, compared to LSN"

...hmmm... sounds very tempting!...

Your wish is my command, Sir!

...as for Asfalto, insofar as -with my extremely limited Spanish- I can decipher this review http://www.granavenida.com/labutaca/...ra/asfalto.htm it doesn't seem that even a dts soundtrack would make it any 'better'...

Thanks,

I'll go for 'los sin nombre' without hesitation. I don't know yet about the others two. Any suggestion welcome.

...unh... Mr Cranky's review of Abre los ojos:

http://www.mrcranky.com/movies/openyoureyes.html

Well, for now I've ordered Los sin nome and El arte de morir (both DVDs feature English subs, that's why)...

Abre los ojos may be next on my 'to buy' list...
