Can anybody provide me a site which compares Canadian Online Stores' DVD prices ?
(Compare DVD prices from A&BSound, Chapters,Futureshop, DVDBoxOffice, Video-Now etc) ?
The nearest equivalent is DVDPriceSearch but it has mainly US online stores on its database.

You, me, and every other Canuck DVDer would love that, but alas...
As you mentioned DVDPricesearch.com is US-only, but you can force the Canadian etailers they do have into your results:
ABSound
DVD Boxoffice
DV-Depot
Video-Now

I would love to be able to offer a comparisson site similar to DVDPrice Search for Canadian etailers only, but as of this moment I don't have the programming skills to do that.
I am working on it!
For now, I just try to compare prices on popular preorder titles between the most popular Canadian Etailers.
