How does bn.com normally ship DVD? What carrier do they use for ground shipping?

I have a single DVD order shipped one week ago by "SmartMail" (what the heck is it?) and it still hasn't shown up at my end yet! If it is by USPS, it would have arrived in less than a week!

Anyone who has ordered DVDs from them before cares to share your experience?

Standard shippng is USPS. Not Priority Mail like Buy.com uses. I think it's a service similar to First Class mail? Took about 5-7 business days. No idea from what warehouse it shipped from though.

I'll second that. It usually takes 5-7 days from the time I get a shipping confirmation. Always USPS.

The last time I ordered from bn.com, they shipped it via UPS and I got it the next day. But I think I live near a shipping center.
