For those of you interested in the Denon DVD-2800, I just saw it down at CES in Las Vegas this weekend. For $799 retail, it is trully an amazing piece of equipment. Denon claims that this is their first DVD that they built from the ground up, and it has no components of Panasonic players. They also said that they are working on two models that will come out above the 2800 later this year. They plan to include DVD-Audio in those pieces as soon as the bass management issues get worked out.
