AND JUSTICE FOR ALL - As suspicions grow that Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) is Black Lightning, the ASA arranges to have him arrested. Lynn (Christine Adams) seeks help from Detecitve Henderson (Damon Gupton). Meanwhile, as Jefferson is in custody, Gambi (James Remar) and Anissa (Nafessa Williams) work together to show Black Lightning is still running around the streets of Freeland. China Anne McClain and Marvin Jones III also star. The episode was written by Melora Rivera and directed by Michael Schultz (#111). Original airdate 4/3/2018.

Good Ep.
- Glad relationships are being mended.
- Veeeeery happy to see Det. Henderson step up and get moved up.
Like I said, BL and Henderson were moving towards an obvious Batman and Gordon type relationship.
- Anissa (
) and the Holo-BL was cool and fun. 
It was awesome to see the folks on the streets watching them work as a team while cheering them on.
- It's clear the VP/Agent wants to "Ride the Lightning Rod" so her conflict with doing her job is showing. Bow-chickah-bow-wow 
- My heart goes out to Jennifer. I totally get her not wanting to have powers and wanting a normal life.
- Hot Sauce on their pizza and that big vintage lucite Grape bunch on the tv . This show is Soooo Black.
- No Tobias or Lala this ep
