California movie ranch dedicated to looking like Middle East

It’s a location for filming movies and TV with standing sets.
Can anyone with more movie skills than me identify what productions originally built each set? I’m especially curious about The Arena and the Spanish Mission.
Sources say a good deal of it is stuff built for American Sniper.
