Good episode. Brutal fight. I thought the daughter might get killed and that was gonna drive her over the edge, but I guess she's possessed or something.

That was a pretty good way to end the year. Reign was badass. Brutal fight sequence. She kicked Supergirl’s ass.
Odette looks good in the costume.

Thought this was an alright episode. The Reign/Supergirl throw down at the end was kind of fun. It was also cool to see them take a page from the Flash and have the hero get beat down by the baddie at the mid season finale. So I liked that.
-James and Lena comes the hell out of nowhere. Not sure why they keep trying to hook him up with characters when he hasn't had any charisma with any of them.
-Reign being possessed is lame and a cop out. I remember Kreisberg saying " We will show how a person becomes a bad guy" So far a person apparently becomes a bad guy by living their life as a good person and being possessed. Which is a lame cop out.
-Mon El is still worthless. I don't mind Saturn girl but her having black hair and a British accent is kind of strange.
-Much as I like Carl Lumbly I don't see why he needs to stick around this show as he's such a non entity in it. Plus we really need him to get to work on a reboot of M.A.N.T.I.S.
So it had it's good points but bad writing and useless characters is still holding it back.

Once again, Superman seems not to care about rogue Kryptonians running around all over the place destroying things.

Superman's kind of busy with bigger things.
Not only thought this was a great episode, I think Supergirl has been on a bit of an upswing after a shaky start this season.
But Mon-El starting the Legion, and a brunette exotic Saturn Girl? No no no no what's next, Chameleon Boy is an octaroon? No sir, no sir, no sir!

Action-packed episode. The Empire Strikes Back reference.
I'm curious how Kara explained to Lena and Reign's alter ego (I forget her name) why she had to leave her own party since they don't know she's Supergirl. Where was Jimmy hiding the shield he used to protect Lena with? I guess Catco won't sue Supergirl for the damage she did to the roof of its building when she carved the S?
Speaking of the S, didn't they establish in Season 1 that it means hope, but in this episode Reign said it means "stronger together". It's probably a good idea that Mon-El didn't go to Kara's party as I'm sure Lena and Reign would have had a bunch of questions for the guy who dumped their friend and then showed up 7 months later with a wife. And assuming they don't know he's an alien, they might have also wanted to know what the hell kind of a name Mon-El is for a human.

Well and to remind viewers that Kara beat up Superman so she can handle Reign(which was an actual line of dialogue in the episode).

Figured they would have to insert another relationship subplot. No doubt I'll be quickly wishing Maggie was back because she's a hell of a lot better looking than Jimmy.
Didn't they say Mon-El just put Legion on it's current path rather than actually getting the group together? Speaking of the group, not having them (and the MMH) not help SG make absolutely no sense. But what's new when it comes to using powers and characters helping when it makes sense? Bu that said, the fight was pretty cool despite the silly Reign is possessed and doesn't know what she is doing cliche. But it makes for a simple solution should SG figure out where it's all coming from and simply shut it down.

The next time this show casts a blonde person will be the first time. Even Melissa has let her hair gradually return to its darker brown color despite Supergirl's blonde hair being one of the character's defining visual traits.

Reign's costume is garbage and the girl that plays her is too thin. So she is a Jekyll and Hyde type villain? She wakes up and doesn't realize she spent the night tagging the city and beatin' bitches?
-I love that the original MM is on this show. Even in his short scenes it's cool to hear that voice.
-Cool to see such a brutal fight and not have pussies bitching about how brutal and destructive it was.
-Jimmy and Luthor...Uhm..ok. Never gonna hate on a Brothah for smashin' a Becky, but this does seem weird since she is his boss...and she's a Luthor.
-Supergirl got her ass KICKED....HARD.
