Re: Best Buy DVD prices (October 29th - November 4th, 2017)

A request.

I ask for an indulgence from moderators.

This has nothing to do with DVD sales or exclusives and is not something I do with any regularity. It is out of my norm.

Halloween is tonight. We all have flicks ready to view this evening. But what if there was something else - an old school terror. A treat I wanted to share for years.

A long dead radio show from Canada, CBC - "Nightfall".

This was a half hour, horror and supernatural anthology radio program, like a dark "Twilight Zone". It lasted three years from 1980 to 1983. Some were good, some were decent and others were no more than filler.

But there was a gem within, an episode that freaked people out - they called and wrote the station to complain, so much so, this was pulled from their repeat roster.

You see - before there was a "28 Days Later" (2002), there was...

"Hands Off" (July 25th, 1980); on YouTube - "NIGHTFALL Hands Off".

Or if you know how, Cbds0uelwQc

Happy Hallowen!

Back to DVD sales.
