IDK, I kind of was expecting around $30M for Girl on the Train given Gone Girl opened to $37M this weekend two years ago.

Didn't Gone Girl get really good ratings from reviewers and this film was hit or miss.

True, hence why I thought around $30M OW (whereas Gone Girl got $37M or $39M adjusted for ticket inflation). Of course, the difference could've been Hurricane Matthew.
