They are anagrams... like the episode "A STRAY HOWL" (s01e02) unscrambles to "TAYLOR SHAW" 
"EIGHT SLIM GRINS" is "THE MISSING GIRL" (s01e03) and "BONE MAY ROT" is "OR MAYBE NOT" (s01e04)... etc.
