Why So Blu?

I'm not able to see the most recent comments even though one can see that there are new comments posted. Did the thread take a shit or something? The last comments I can see are from this morning.

What happened to the rest of them? There's a page 5 but one cannot get to it.

This happens to me a lot. I see that there's a new page of comments, but can't actually view that page until there's 2 or 3 comments on that page. Very strange...

I remember this happening when a certain member was effectively shadow-banned... but that guy's gone and I can't imagine that they've shadow-banned anyone else...

Unless... it's me.

this glitch started after the recent update. the only workaround ive found is replying to the thread (create a new post in it). that forces it to reappear.

I thought maybe the issue was long threads but I have seen this happen with small threads too.

It happens sometimes where there are deleted posts in a thread. The forum doesn't count the posts right or something and only takes you to the previous page. One way to see the missing posts without actually posting a reply is to hit reply, and before you submit the new reply, all the posts, including the posts that you couldn't get to previously, will appear in the previous comments below your reply box.
