Twilight Time $10 off Blu-ray sale - April 8-22,2016
They teased this a few weeks back. The sale officially starts today (Friday, April 8, at 4pm ET). Standard $10 discount. No link per se, but I'm sure everyone knows where to go (www.screenarchives.com).
According to the standalone Twilight Time site ( http://www.twilighttimemovies.com/going-fast-1/ ), the following titles are in short supply: Blue Lagoon, Dogs of War, First Men in The Moon, Vampires, Thunderbirds and Zardoz (I believe these have all been discounted in prior sales, so it's possible they may not be included in this one, as per TT's habit).

I don't see anything about a sale on the TT site? Is there a reason why you didn't post a link to the actual sale?

The sale starts at 4:00 pm eastern time, as mentioned above (it's 2:30 as I write this). Prices will drop automatically.
Even when the sales start, there's never a "sale page". They just reduce the prices.
They always hint at the sale first via social media (Facebook, a few weeks ago), which some folks here seem to shun unnecessarily, and then via email to those who have signed up for updates from Screen Archives. That's what prompted me to start the thread.
This is probably also true, but I can't verify until the sale starts. For the previous sale, you could only order the titles via Screen Archives, but it looks as though www.twilighttimemovies.com is also set up for purchases now, so hopefully folks can buy from there, too.

Indeed, it looks like the entire sale is ONLY on the Twilight Time Movies site this time around (unless Screen Archives is just late switching prices?). Sneaky buggers.

Re: Twilight Time $10 off Blu-ray sale - April 8-22,2016
Yeah, it's kind of making me not want to buy from them. I'd rather spend $5 more a title at Amazon, and order something along with it with my Prime Membership, just on principle.
Oh, and Limited Quantities of the title Vampires.
They said that in November 2015 when I placed my order.
It's not THAT bad of a movie. Or is it.

Hmmm, it's about $2.20 per disc based on the average. That's about a $1 more than what GoHastings charged on their 50% off sale a few days ago.
$2.20 per title is actually .34cents less than actual shipping via first class mail.

Re: Twilight Time $10 off Blu-ray sale - April 8-22,2016
Hastings does that because they ship out of multiple locations and so your order arrives in multiple packages. In twilight's case, its all coming in a single package. Granted they are shipping it out first class mail as opposed to Media. But still, $11 for 5 discs is gouging

Not to mention, the average TT disc is $20 and an average GoHastings disc purchase is much lower.

They should be able to fit 5 blu-rays into a Priority Legal Size envelope ($6.45, though if they're smart, they'd use one of the software programs to get commercial-based pricing) - they could even use a Priority Mail padded envelope on the inside for padding - so no real 'out of pocket' expense for packaging. That's my 2-cents if I were asked to consult on product fulfillment. --Peter

Re: Twilight Time $10 off Blu-ray sale - April 8-22,2016
In the previous sale of titles at Screen Archives Entertainment, I grabbed "Breaking Away," "First Men in the Moon," "Zardoz," "Mysterious Island" and "Oliver!" I can wholeheartedly recommend any of these titles. I'm not a fan of their pricing structure, but if it's a title I want bad enough, I can justify the $20 price tag.
This time around the sale is at the Twilight Time website and I grabbed "Scream and Scream Again," "John Carpenter's Vampires," and "1984." Those titles seem like the most likely to go out-of-print sooner than later. I missed out on "Journey to the Center of the Earth," but it wasn't as much a "must-have" as the Ray Harryhausen titles. The super-imposed live lizards made to look like dinosaurs was laughable even when I was an 8 year-old. I may grab a couple more before this sale is over. I also hopped over to Screen Archives Entertainment's site to grab one of the last copies of "Thunderbirds Are Go!/Thunderbird 6." It's no longer available at the Twilight Time site so this time I paid full price only because it is a double feature—yes, I know it's silly justification. I may revisit the sale one more time before it's over to grab two or three more.

I bought 15 titles. Shipping is not bad if you can get close to 16 titles. As long as they continue to have these sales, I'm only going to buy the really popular titles on release date.

They may restock it before the end of the sale. Or wait for a sale at SAE.
I got Black Widow, Devil in a blue dress and Lenny this time.

Picked up 12 near the beginning of the sale. Would've been 13, but searching Manhunt in their search box repeatedly brought back no results, so I figured it was sold out. Naturally, after I placed the order, Manhunt suddenly showed up when searching. Not sure I'll trust that function there for a while. Should've just looked for it in the title list, but I could swear the architecture of the site was actually changing in those early hours. Decided to just clear out all the stuff that had been sitting in my cart through the last couple of sales and just be done with it.
Your Order Contains:
1 x First Men In The Moon (Blu-ray)
1 x Royal Flash (Blu-ray)
1 x When The Wind Blows/Jimmy Murakami: Non-Alien (Blu-ray)
1 x Guess Who's Coming To Dinner (Blu-ray)
1 x Count Yorga, Vampire (Blu-ray)
1 x John Carpenter's Vampires (Blu-ray)
1 x Scream And Scream Again (Blu-ray)
1 x Strange Invaders (Blu-ray)
1 x Harlock: Space Pirate (Blu-ray)
1 x Mysterious Island (Encore Edition) (Blu-ray)
1 x 1984 (Blu-ray)
1 x Hawaii (Blu-ray)

I was just on the Screenarchives site and the titles are showing at full price.
Am I to take it only the TT site has the sale prices, or is there a trick to get the sale prices at Screenarchives?
