I was absolutely horrified when Debs dropped the baby.
Of course Fiona was like "there's not a scratch on her!" I guess in this family, the brain damage won't be apparent until later.

I was wondering how Ian got accepted into fireman training with his past. Pretty sure confessed to stealing the helicopter and going AWOL, didn't he?
Lip may be smart, but he's the dumbest son of a bitch on tv. The boy has zero impulse control. Jesus, that shit is painful to watch.

more annoying to watch than anything. Just when you think he's reached bottom, he fucks his way back to being okay enough to go ahead and fuck himself even more.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Svetlana had sex (or did stuff) with both Kevin and V before.
Fiona might actually want to take the baby out of the blanket and give it a full look over before declaring that it's not hurt. Probably should take it the doctor just to be on the safe side. Do Debbie and the baby have any kind of medical insurance?

Fiona and V are supposed to be best friends, but they've barely shared the screen together this season... and didn't do it much last season either.
Still makes no sense why Shawn moved in with Fiona instead of the other way around.
Lips storylines are so frustrating. Smart guy continuing to do very stupid things that sabotage his progress.
Frank putting a hit out on Shawn really makes no sense. Frank barely knew him and then all of a sudden he hates him that much?
It really feels like the writers are just trying to give the characters something to do to fill up the screen time.

I think there are several possible things going on with Lip:
One, is that he's starting to see a lot of Frank in Prof. Youens. Earlier, he joked to Ian that he was like Frank with Tenure. But now he's seeing an old, burned out alcoholic that treats his family like shit and took credit for his work.
Two, he's drinking too much. Like Frank. And Youens.
Three, is that, subconsciously, he wants to fail. Lip, despite being intelligent, grew up in poverty and neglect. It's all he's ever known, and the idea of having a nice, big house, an expensive car, and job with a lot of responsibility is something he wasn't socialized for. The poverty and chaos of his family life is his comfort zone. Having to maneuver through academia and the corporate world is something that intimidates the hell out of him, because he knows the higher he's going to climb, the further he's going to eventually fall. It's going to be easier for him to scam his way through life than it would be for him to earn an honest living.

Deb dropping the baby was bad. That was legitimately awful...kind've like Frank trying to manipulate an oncology ward. Ian's storyline still sucks, as does Fiona's and Franks. The writers even managed to kill Carl's momentum somehow.
The Lip storyline is just horrendous. It's incredibly bad writing. It's just incomprehensible how stupid a turn it's taken. Kev / Vi are still hysterical so there's that. But if they don't announce that season 7 is the last before it air's I'm off this train.
