Is anyone else having trouble getting into 800.com today?

I'm not having a problem getting in, but I am having a problem contacting them by phone (after being on hold for several minutes, I am asked to leave a message), and their live on line help will not connect. I have been trying to place an order online for two days now, but when I try and check out, the shipping information page has an old @******.com email address that I do not want to use, and I can't figure out how to change it. I have sent an email to [email protected], but am not holding my breath for an answer. I guess if they don't get back to me, they will lose my $80.00 order.

Never mind! Two minutes after I posted this, there was a response to my email inquiry. They have corrected the problem. Thanks 800.com
