He famously threw a fit at the after-party when his skit was cut from the show. He was afraid after the fact that he might have been fired. That is the origin story for when George Costanza quits in a huff then shows up back at work the next day like nothing happened.

I haven't watched SNL since the Will Ferrell days, but I'll DVR cause Larry David should give a few funny skits? Atleast his Bernie Sanders is always good.

The Bern Your Enthusiasm bit was one of the best things on SNL in a long time. Larry David is definitely delivering so far.

It's an election year, what do you expect? Plus Larry David actually does a good impersonation of him. Kinda cool that they've gotten Bernie to appear a couple times too. I'm a Larry David fanboy but this has been a fun episode.

This band has been the worst part of the show so far.

"Bern Your Enthusiasm" has been the only good part of the show so far. The rest has stunk. That "Dirty Dancing" bit on Weekend Update just went on and on and fucking on. The damn thing just wouldn't end. And as mentioned earlier, the 1975 has to be the worst band ever on this show. WHO is their target audience.

I love how SNL is giving Larry David the superstar treatment now when they basically treated him like shit when he actually worked for them decades ago.

He's pretty much now what Chris Rock was.

Larry David was excellent. This was the best SNL I've seen in a really long time. Had to FF through the musical act and Weekend Update of course.
