Creed -- Coming March 1st
The extras will include:
Know The Past, Own The Future - 14 mins, 47 seconds
Becoming Adonis - 5 mins, 44 seconds
Deleted Scenes - 19 mins, 14 seconds

Loved the movie, but those are some weak sounding extras. Just cheap studio promotional fluff aside from the deleted scenes.

Re: Creed -- Coming March 1st
There was a 1 hour making of documentary that aired on Epix called "From Rocky to Creed: the Legacy continues" that was narrated by Michael B. Jordan. It aired when the movie came out and I'm shocked it wasn't included here.

Yeah, the extras suck. But if the Rocky releases are any indication, it will be re-released a dozen times over the next few years. But it may still have the same shitty extras (or less).
I wonder if it will be included in the next Rocky set release (which will probably be sold for 10 bucks total if the last few releases are any indication).

If it is a Warner Bros release there will probably be no extras.
A shame since they are a huge company but they don't provide special features anymore?

I caught most of the doc, it was pretty good. Ryan Coogler revealed that Colin Trevorrow based one of the dinosaur fights in Jurrasic World from Rocky II.

So who's going to hold off getting this until it drops to $14.99 or less? Loved the movie, but $22.99 is kind of over-priced.
I think there's a good chance Target will discount this to under $15 in a few months.
Trying to show a little more restraint.

This was my favorite film of last year so I'll overpay.

This will be a $10 or less deal for Black Friday this year. I will wait for that (along with Spectre).
Hell, I just bought the most recent Rocky set for my niece the other day from Best Buy which has the first 6 movies for around 18 bucks. That was a great deal.

Man, it really bugs me that there is an apparently great documentary not being used on this set.
I get that times have changed, but some studios used to put such pride in their releases!

It sucks that From Rocky to Creed: the Legacy continues isn't an extra - BUT - it's now available on Amazon Prime. So those who have Prime can watch it now. Still a waste of an opportunity to put it on Creed.

I also watched the documentary on Hulu today.
It's a great little Making Of/Background film on the series. Great interviews with Sly, Jordan, Coogler, Weathers and even the Producers of the original Rocky series.
Very disappointing that WB didn't get the rights for it on this release. Seems like a natural fit.
