Yeah, I'll admit it, I'm one of the many with multiple "new customer" accounts at Buy.com. But I'm trying to turn over a new leaf and remove all the duplicate accounts from their database. Mainly because I don't like to leave loose ends but also because there's credit card information in most of those accounts and I'd like to not leave that lying around. Especially with that not-so-distant break-in at Western Union.

So.. has anyone here successfully gotten buy.com to delete their account? And if so, how? I emailed them via one email address but I have yet to hear back from them.

Best thing to do is call them up to erase your other accounts.

Edit your account info and change the payment method to money order!!! This should remove your credit card from your account info!!!
