That new track was not very good, in my opinion. Too many times they used the word dick and pussy and the flows, although on point, were all over the place in subject matter. Heard more consistency in many freestyles than I did in either Kanye or Kendrick's verses.

I'm too old and too white to understand 80% of that Twitter war, but it seems like a silly thing to get bent out of shape about. I mean Waves pre-date any recent rap act, don't they?

Here we go again. Kanye West has taken us on a wild ride over the past few weeks and months, changing the title of his forthcoming seventh studio album from So Help Me God to SWISH and then to Waves. A few days ago, West cryptically tweeted that the album’s final title bears the initials T.L.O.P. A follow-up message posted today confirms that those initials stand for The Life Of Pablo.

This title references the second verse of West’s recent single “No More Parties In L.A.”, in which the rapper boasts, “I feel like Pablo when I’m workin’ on my shoes / I feel like Pablo when I see me on the news”. The “Pablo” he’s referring to could be 20th-century Spanish artist Pablo Picasso (whom he compared himself to in a 2015 Oxford University lecture) or drug kingpin Pablo Escobar. Knowing West, the answer is probably both.

As you can see from the picture above, the announcement also comes with a final tracklist for the album. It looks pretty similar to the handwritten tracklist we got for Waves, though “No More Parties In L.A.” is notably missing and former opener “Nina Chop” has been replaced with “Ultra Light Beams”. Other new additions include “Freestyle 4”, “Famous”, and “Feedback”.

West is set to debut the album at a sold-out Madison Square Garden event on February 11th.

Taylor Swift's younger brother Austin is not happy with Kanye West.

The protective sibling took to his Instagram account on Thursday, after he heard West's new song "Famous," in which the rapper says, "For all my Southside n----s who will know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why, I made that bitch famous / damn / I made that bitch famous."

The lyrics allude to the 2009 MTV VMAs when he interrupted Swift's Best Female Video acceptance speech. Swift, 23, shared a video showing him throwing away a pair of grey Yeezy 350 Boosts in the trash.

"Getting a head start on some spring cleaning. Here we go again," the University of Notre Dame alum captioned the footage.

Swift, 26, previously shared that she and West, 38, were on good terms telling Vanity Fair in August, "I feel like I wasn't ready to be friends with him until I felt like he had some sort of respect for me, and he wasn't ready to be friends with me until he had some sort of respect for me."

In addition, Jay Z was the one who reconciled the feud. "Kanye and I both reached a place where he would say really nice things about my music and what I've accomplished, and I could ask him how his kid's doing."

Interestingly to note, Jay Z was at Madison Square Garden according to West, who premiered his new album, The Life of Pablo at the arena as well as streaming the event live on Tidal.

Swift, who has yet to respond, was not the only one who was called out in T.L.O.P. Ray J, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are among the names dropped in West's new songs.

Kanye West threatens Grammy boycott.

Kanye West has vowed to boycott the Grammy Awards if he doesn't win Album of the Year - but he isn't nominated for the prize.

The 'All Day' hitmaker has been practicing his acceptance speech ahead of the ceremony today (15.02.16), but he's unlikely to need it as his new LP 'Life of Pablo' isn't eligible to win this year and isn't on the shortlist alongside 'Sound & Color' by Alabama Shakes, 'To Pimp a Butterfly' by Kendrick Lamar, Chris Stapleton's 'Traveller', '1989' by Taylor Swift and The Weeknd's 'Beauty Behind the Madness'.

He tweeted: "I'm practicing my Grammy Speech. I'm not going to the Grammys unless they promise me the Album of the Year!!!(sic)"

However, though his own record isn't nominated, Kanye does have a producer credit on one track on The Weeknd's album, alongside four others.

The 38-year-old rapper has already scooped 21 Grammy awards over the years, including Best Rap Album in 2012, which saw his 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' LP scoop the accolade ahead of his 'Watch the Throne' collaboration with Jay Z.

But it seems that haul isn't enough for Kanye as he wants to win at least 100 of the statuettes over the duration of his career.

He added: "I made Dark Fantasy and Watch the Throne in one year and wasn't nominated for either ... "I will have over 100 Grammys before I die."

And the outspoken star went on to proclaim himself the "best of 2 generations" who is more interested in being great than liked.

He added: "I am the Jordan and Steph Curry of music, meaning I'm the best of 2 generations.

"All y'all so worried about being likable but only a few are concerned about being great!!!"

Just after he announced he was in debt by $53 million, he asked Mark Zuckerberg to invest $1 billion in his ideas. Yeah, you're in debt with your shitty clothing line and you think someone is going to invest in you? This guy is is and always will be delusional. The guys music is shit (my opinion of course) and thinks the world should bow down to him. I know it's not trolling either. He firmly believes that.

The album is great. It's not exactly cohesive which you can probably imagine if you followed its release the last few weeks but the music is phenomenal. If you don't like the corny jokes, like the Taylor thing, you probably were never a fan. No doubt in my mind they're both laughing about it, regardless of what you see in the media, and both appreciate the extra publicity.

I don't subscribe to Tidal, read into that what you will. I hope it's available to purchase on cd or vinyl through at some point.

Seriously, it reminds me of Michael Jackson at his weirdest... where if he was a regular person acting this way he would probably be committed or sat down for an intervention or, in the very least, lose most of his friends. But when you're rich and famous you can pretty much act as insane as you want and the people in your life just sort of go along with it.

West goes on to compare himself to filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, Pablo Picasso, Paul the Apostle and drug lord Pablo Escobar – who was speculated to be the inspiration behind the title of West's new album, The Life of Pablo.

"Are they f---ing crazy?" says West. "Whoa, by 50 percent. Stanley Kubrick, Picasso, Apostle Paul, f---ing Picasso and Escobar. By 50 percent more influential than any other human being."

http://www.msn.com/en-us/music/news/kanye-wests-alleged-snl-meltdown-leaks-rapper-slams-producers-and-calls-taylor-swift-fake-in-expletive-filled-clip/ar-BBpDISp?li=BBnbfcL&ocid=U305DHP

He has really lost it. Either he's surrounded himself with a ton of "yes men" who do nothing but kiss his ass all day or he's simply out of his mind crazy. Sounds like the perfect candidate for a long term mental health facility.

But when you're rich and famous you can pretty much act as insane as you want and the people in your life just sort of go along with it.

Musical artists feel the need to do this because the business is so competitive, and it's harder to go platinum with file sharing, so doing crazy antics to promote themselves is seen as a must-do type of thing.
