Xbox 360 Battery Question

So, I bought 4 replacement rechargeable batteries for my Xbox 360 controller. They are 4800mAh (the others I currently have, which don't hold much of a charge anymore are 3600mAh). Question I have is, when I plug the 4800 in to my charging dock, by Xbox 360, it won't charge. Do I need a special one? I compared the two and there's no difference (on the surface anyway).

I saw this on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-X-4800mAh-...item1c4b85c67f

Both batteries are for the 4800 yet from the looks of it, the dock matches what I already have. Do I need this one to charge those batteries or is something wrong them if won't charge on my others?
