Thought the main case was fairly boring, but the end with her finding out about Tom made up for it.
So does she know Red's her father now?

Even though he denied it in an earlier episode, it looks like he probably is. Show would likely be better without the Blacklist conceit.

I guess there's more to find out about Liz's past as well as Tom's. At least the Tom story is getting more interesting than the blacklisters.

I agree. Main case wasn't good (not blacklist worthy), but the Tom storyline is getting way better.

They didn't stretch out Liz not knowing the truth about her husband. Is Liz somehow vital to national security interests? Maybe Tom was sent to protect her for some reason and Red is the real threat.

Agree the Blacklist case of the week was boring. But Liz finding out about Tom was cool. Hope that becomes the focus in the remaining weeks.

That's the thing: Why is Lizzy so important that Tom's employers had him romance Lizzy, and marry her, mainly to keep tabs on her in the most intimate of ways? Is it her relation (whatever it is) to Red that is the catalyst for Tom's infiltration into her life?

Good twist at the end, but otherwise boring.
Totally pissed me off though - they go to all the trouble of having a scene with a DC Metro bus, and then use some non-descript subway station and train which they try to pass off as the Metro. I hate it when shows/movies do that.
I'd like to still think Red isn't her dad. Did she have a sister? Why would he be so upset with the ballet if Lizzy is actually alive? Plus I'm not sure he has lied to her. He tends to either set things up so there is an element if truth to the story he is weaving, or evades the question with a question.

If it's true that Red had never lied to Liz Keen, then he had already told her point blank that he is not her father. However, he is definitely a father-like figure, at least in his own mind.
Red could be another relative of some sorts, or someone who owes her father a life debt. They might explain the relationship later on.

I generally agree with all the posts that the Blacklist story was awful. It was just a waste of time for me especially after it was revealed that the culprit was a high school kid obsessively in love.
I'd really rather they just focus most of the episode on Red, Lizzy and Tom. The last few episodes have had subpar "Blacklist" stories.

Apologies for the thread bump, still catching up. So the Blacklister this time was Ivan, except we find out it's not really him doing this? Taking aside the craptacular reveal about who the fake Ivan was, if Ivan was on the Blacklist why didn't Red take him out a long time ago, seeing as how he was easy enough to track down? Or did they try to explain this with the whole plot that he stole money, and that he repaid with interest so he was no longer on the list?
