Episode 2 of 8
For those who didn't watch waiting to see if this did well or not or weren't aware. Episode 1 did great in the ratings.

13.9M viewers and 3.8

17.0M viewers and 5.0 with Live + 3 numbers. Highest rated new midseason drama.
Episode 2 will almost certainly drop since there is a lot more competition tonight, but hopefully not. I really enjoyed the 1st episode.

I enjoyed the second episode. The only characters I kind of don't care for is the sheriff and Maggie. Things got interesting towards the end of the episode.

Glad the second episode was pretty interesting. Not enough Kurtwood Smith. This is like the rated PG version of French series the Returned.

I'm liking all the changes they are making, compared to the book.
And remember, this show is based on an American book, and the book is not related to the French series. I know the theme is similar.
Hopefully the ratings will stay strong.

I thought it dragged a bit but that's not too distracting for me yet. It was like they still played on stuff from the first episode. Third episode should be really good and pick up speed from there. Good cliff hanger.

One could easily get drunk if they had a shot every time a character begins to cry. This show would be better if ABC wasn't so intent on hitting the female demo with it. I like the cast and the mystery is still intriguing, but we'll see how the plot develops from here.
