So it's Howard/Sheldon and Raj/Amy. Two unusual combos.

Penny should've jumped on the sequel to Serial Ape-ist. A career as a low-budget horror movie scream queen can be very lucrative. Look how many movies Linnea Quigley has been in over the past 30 years. And don't tell me there there aren't 500 drooling fan boys at every horror convention waiting to get Danielle Harris' autograph.
Still, she got a free car out of it. Without having to even work, just spread her legs. Whore.

Would like to have seen more of Howard and Sheldon without the tired TURBULENCE-WE'RE-GONNA-DIE cliche. I thought it was cool that Sheldon admitted to having jealousy over Howard's trip into space.

He did, but he quickly canceled it out by saying that it meant NASA would let anyone go into space, or something similar.

I kept expecting something to spark between Amy and Raj, I mean he does have a history (one of the many reasons I dislike Penny).

And the little smirk she gave after the remark. I think that was actually Rauch enjoying that comment

And WTF Raj? what a fcking bit of douchebaggery he was towards amy. don't know why that irked me more than the way sheldon acts towards her, but really, that was some assholery they wrote for raj

Loved the smirk. I couldn't tell if it was intentional or a "holding back a laugh" thing. Whatever it was, it was perfect.

Re: The Big Bang Theory - "The Friendship Turbulence" - 3/6/14

Just caught up on this show last night after missing the last four episodes and not feeling the urge to watch them. This episode was pretty decent. Leonard did have a point about Penny turning down that role. It may have not been the best film she could star in but at least it was something that would get her paid and besides a lot of actors and actresses work their way through smaller budget stuff like that before breaking out to something bigger. Not really sure that the Howard and Sheldon pairing worked, them making fun at each other works better than them being buddies.

Raj I could still care less about. Also one of the episodes I watched he got a cute Veterinarian's number and rather than doing something with that the show just proceeds to drop it. It seems like the show has no plans for him other than to make him the endlessly single member of the group who's always looking for love but never finds it.

No no, Raj found out her dad was Rob Schneider, and even Raj is not that desperate to potentially have Rob Schneider as a father in law.

Raj was always shy around women requiring alcohol to talk to them, but he was still somewhat charming and smooth with the ladies. Now he can talk to women without alcohol, why do they make him so pathetic, awkward and creepy with women?

At tht point of the show and with the bad stories they have for him I think it would be better they write him out of this show... there`s not one good reason now he's still here

I can't imagine that the show is going to write any of the characters out at this late date. Unless the actor himself decides to go.
