Arrow -- "Time of Death" -- 2/26/14
"Time of Death" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, V) (HDTV)
ROBERT KNEPPER AND ALEX KINGSTON GUEST STAR
Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) starts to feel left out. The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King (guest star Robert Knepper), who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City. After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman's whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel (Katie Cassidy) refuses to attend. After Lance (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#214).

Where is Isabel?? I don't even remember them temporarily writing her out.
Liked Felicity and Oliver's talk at the end about her being his girl. "Aspirin."
Interesting development with Sin and why Sara was looking out for her.
I hope Ollie's talk really was rock bottom with Laurel. It was really intense and well done. I hope it wasn't for naught.

Clock King was fantastic. I could watch 45 minutes of Caity Lotz using her thighs to crack open coconuts. And that ENDING!!
Arrow is still the one show I have to watch day-of-broadcast (along with Game of Thrones, I suppose).

I sort of put the Sin thing together as soon as the guy mentioned he had a daughter. That ending was fucking awesome.
Also kickass casting T-Bag as the Clock King. Hope we see more of him in the future.

that was awesome!!!
That ending bringing in Slade to "meet" Ollie was great.
Clock King was a great villain.
The reveal about the daughter was also pretty cool. Once she hugged Sara, you could put two and two together.
Felicity getting her own scar.

Yeah that was pretty awesome. Robert Knepper was a good foil as The Clock King, hopefully we get to see more of him. Am I the only one who kind of wants a Black Canary spin off? I think she could hold her own on a show pretty well and would like to see it. I even somewhat liked the Lance family drama this week. Hopefully this leads to Laurel getting her head out of her butt(again) and the character finally gets a purpose.
The reveal of Slade at the end was pretty surprising. I didn't expect them to show their hand with him so early. The writers on this show do a good job in completely going in the opposite direction than you expect. Now the final episode could feature the League of Assasins, Wilson, Merlyn or something else. It really makes you want to watch the next episodes to see what happens.
